SUPPORT FROM BINANCE TO ISRAEL

Israel police stated that cyber operation units and the Ministry of Defense have been working to identify Hamas's crypto infrastructure. It was noted that Hamas had launched a cryptocurrency donation campaign through social networks. With the assistance of Binance, Israel announced that the accounts in question have been frozen and that the seized funds will be transferred to the state treasury.

It was also reported that an account used by Hamas to collect donations at the British bank Barclays has been frozen. Cooperation with British law enforcement was established to close the bank account. Previously, in a lawsuit filed against Binance by the CFTC, accusations regarding Hamas were included. The exchange had been accused of failing to take action against wallets used by Hamas.
