Major changes on the way for e-Devlet: A new era begins!
A major transformation is beginning for e-Devlet. Under the new Medium-Term Program, the e-Notification period is being introduced, and a joint payment and identity verification system is being implemented. With the public joint notification system, all official correspondence will be managed from a single center, and 5G and artificial intelligence-supported digital services will be expanded.

The new Medium-Term Program has been announced. The program highlights the support of digital transformation, particularly increasing the technological capacity of SMEs and utilizing next-generation technologies at the highest level in public services.
In this context, a comprehensive transformation plan has been prepared to improve the digital capabilities of firms and to provide public services to citizens more quickly and securely.
MAJOR CHANGE COMING TO e-DEVLET
One of the most notable topics of the program is the innovations to be carried out through the e-Devlet Gateway. Joint payment and identity verification applications will now be developed for citizens, and integration will be ensured in public services.
In addition, a public joint notification system will be implemented. Thanks to this system, all notifications from government institutions will become accessible from a single center via e-Devlet.
GOAL: SINGLE-POINT ACCESS
With the Digital Government Strategy and Action Plan to be prepared, digitalization in the public sector is expected to gain momentum. Thus, citizens will be able to both perform identity verification and carry out payment transactions securely through a single platform.
e-NOTIFICATION SERVICE BEGINS
One of the most important projects of the new era is the Integrated e-Notification Service. With the implementation of this application, citizens will be able to access their official notifications via the e-Devlet Gateway. Moving processes currently handled via paper and mail to a digital environment will provide both time and cost savings.
HIGH-SPEED INTERNET ERA WITH 5G
In the Medium-Term Program, not only e-Devlet but also communication infrastructure is being strengthened. The implementation of 5G services is planned across Turkey. Fiber infrastructure will be supported by 5G technology, and the widespread use of high-speed internet will be ensured.
CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE WILL BE SUPPORTED
The use of cloud-based technologies will be encouraged in the digital transformation of firms. Furthermore, significant steps will be taken in the field of artificial intelligence.
Under the new program, the number of thematic clusters and research centers specific to artificial intelligence will be increased. Additionally, it will be aimed at providing researchers with easier access to powerful computing infrastructure. Developing international collaborations in this field is also among the plans.
