Management trustee appointed to Alves Kablo as part of investigation
Alves Kablo has notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that a decision has been made to appoint a management trustee to the company as part of an investigation by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

Alves Kablo Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ has announced that a management trustee has been appointed to the company within the scope of an investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
According to the company's statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the decision was made by the Ankara 5th Criminal Judgeship of Peace as part of the investigation file dated September 16 from the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
The statement indicated that the action was taken based on "strong suspicion of crime" regarding offenses regulated under articles 220, 282, 188/3, 158, 204, and 213 of the Turkish Penal Code, as well as article 359/b of the Tax Procedure Law.
It was reported that, within the scope of the authority of the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) to transfer the powers of the management bodies of companies, including Alves Kablo, to a trustee, it was ruled that a management trustee be appointed to the company.
