WHAT ARE THE EXPECTATIONS?
Economists participating in the Anadolu Agency Finance expectation surveys expect the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye to keep the policy rate unchanged at 42.5 percent in April.
The median of economists' year-end policy rate expectations was 34.50 percent.
Economists, who estimate that the current account deficit was 4 billion 325 million dollars in February, projected that the current account deficit would reach 21 billion 970 million dollars in 2025.
