WHICH PROVINCES WILL HAVE SALES?
The properties to be auctioned are located in the provinces of Adıyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Aksaray, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bolu, Çorum, Diyarbakır, Edirne, Elazığ, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Malatya, Manisa, Mersin, Muğla, Muş, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, and Yalova.
WHAT WILL THE SALES TERMS BE?
Those participating in the auction will be able to purchase the plots with cash or installment options if their bid is successful. Except for five properties offered for sale as a single lot in Tekirdağ, a 15 percent discount will be provided to buyers who wish to pay the full amount in cash.
CASH AND INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS
Different payment facilities are offered for residential, commercial, healthcare, private education, industrial storage, urban work, unplanned land, logistics, and social facility areas, as well as gas station plots. Interested parties will be able to make payments with a 25 percent down payment and a 48-month term, or a 40 percent down payment and a 36-month term.
AUCTION DATE ANNOUNCED
The auctions for the sale of the properties will begin on September 10 at 10:30 AM. It will be possible to participate in the tender physically in halls in Ankara and Istanbul, and there will also be an opportunity to bid online.
