The Turkish Statistical Institute has announced the first-quarter growth figure for the Turkish economy. The economy grew by 5.7 percent in the first quarter.
In a post shared on the official social media account of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, Minister Mehmet Şimşek's initial assessment regarding the growth figures was included.
Şimşek stated, "With the rational, predictable, and rule-based policies we are implementing, our economy is moving toward more balanced and sustainable growth."
