The legal approvals required for the transfer of Enpara.com to Enpara Bank A.Ş. have been completed. Following approvals from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) and the Capital Markets Board (SPK), the transfer process will begin on September 12 and continue until September 26, 2025. This period may be extended until October 10 if necessary.
The transfer process will be carried out gradually according to customer groups, and each customer will be notified of their transfer date at least 10 days in advance. During this process, Enpara Bank's "fee-free and advantageous banking" approach will continue. EFT, FAST, and money transfer transactions will remain free of charge, and credit card annual fees will not be charged for life.
IBAN numbers will be renewed, but account numbers will be preserved. Customers will need to share their new IBAN information with individuals to whom they make regular money transfers. Transactions made to an incorrect IBAN will be automatically redirected to the correct account based on instructions provided to QNB Bank one month before the transfer date.
Customers actively using Enpara and QNB Bank credit cards will be able to share limits via the mobile branch. The "Enpara Mobile Branch" application will be launched, and existing passwords will continue to be used. Card numbers and passwords will remain valid without change.
During the transfer process, planned outages may occur at night during data migration. Additionally, the "Three banks, one ATM" campaign will end, and customers will only be able to perform transactions free of charge at QNB ATMs. Other campaigns will continue as they are.
Enpara Bank will conduct the process gradually to ensure that customers' daily banking transactions are not disrupted. Customers will be provided with the necessary information regarding IBAN changes and technical transitions. The bank aims to provide uninterrupted financial services in the new period while maintaining its advantageous service approach.
