Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan stated in his remarks following the second meeting of the minimum wage determination process that no agreement has been reached on a definitive figure yet. Minister Işıkhan emphasized that the government is determined to protect the purchasing power of minimum wage earners and that they will take the effects of inflation into account in this regard.
