Ministry of Trade bans toy company from importing for 2 years

The Ministry of Trade has decided to suspend the imports of the company Şah Per Oyuncak Tolga Şahin for 2 years.

The Communiqué on Temporary Ban on Imports, prepared by the Ministry, has been published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.

Accordingly, the company Şah Per Oyuncak Tolga Şahin has been banned from importing for 2 years on the grounds that it acted in violation of the provisions of the Communiqué on Import Inspection of Toys.

Letters of credit opened before today, transactions for which foreign currency has been sold in advance, transactions against documents for which the goods have been exported from the country of origin or the payment has been transferred, transactions against goods for which the goods have been exported from the country of origin or actual importation has been completed, and acceptance credit transactions for which policies have been accepted or avalized by banks have been excluded from the scope.
