Murat Kurum announces: New decision regarding TOKİ installments

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum stated, "We used to adjust monthly TOKİ installments based on civil servant salary increases. However, this time we took the CPI rate as a reference. We set the increase rate at 24 percent instead of 49 percent. Thus, we have provided a 50 percent contribution to our citizens in their installment payments."
