New cooperation from the Central Bank: Memorandum of understanding signed

A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to establish a foundation for developing cooperation in central banking matters.

According to the announcement made by the TCMB, the memorandum of understanding was signed by TCMB Governor Fatih Karahan and the Governor of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Timur Suleimenov, in Washington, the capital of the United States.

Within the scope of the agreement, it is planned to strengthen cooperation between the central banks of the two countries and to conduct technical studies within an institutional framework in the field of central banking.
