Former US President Donald Trump’s company, the Trump Organization, officially introduced its new wireless mobile operator service today, dubbed “Trump Mobile.” The service was developed specifically to offer conservative Americans an alternative to giants like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

Known for real estate, golf clubs, and luxury hotels, the Trump family has expanded its business interests in recent years to include digital media, cryptocurrency exchanges, and the fashion industry. With this new move, communication technologies have been added to that list.

T1 PHONE ON SALE FOR $499

Along with the introduction of Trump Mobile, the company also announced its own branded mobile phone. The device, called the “T1 Phone,” has been opened for pre-order with a price tag of $499. The technical specifications of the phone, which features a gold-colored casing, include:

50-megapixel camera,

120 Hz screen refresh rate,

Fingerprint sensor and facial recognition lock,

12 GB of internal storage.

TRUMP REFERENCE IN $47.45 MONTHLY PLAN

The pricing in the plan offered by Trump Mobile contains a notable message. The $47.45 monthly plan serves as a reference to Trump’s bid to become the 45th and 47th president of the United States.

The plan in question allows for international calls to more than 100 countries and also offers users access to telehealth services.

TRUMP MOBILE’S FCC PROCESS REMAINS UNCERTAIN

It is not yet clear how the new operator venture will be received by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). However, the fact that FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr is known for his closeness to Trump has led to speculation that it could create an advantage for the project in the approval process.
