New offer for public sector workers
Following a four-hour meeting held last night between Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and TÜRK-İŞ President Ergün Atalay, a new offer was presented. The raise for the second six-month period, including an additional payment, has increased to 14 percent.

Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and TÜRK-İŞ President Ergün Atalay reached an agreement on a new offer following a four-hour meeting held last night. During the meeting, it was decided that an additional payment would be made in addition to the salary increase for the second six-month period.
11 PERCENT RAISE AND ADDITIONAL PAYMENT
In line with the new offer, an 11 percent salary increase will be implemented for the second six-month period. On top of this, an additional payment of 50 TL per day will be made to each employee. This additional payment amounts to 1500 TL per month.
UNIONS ANNOUNCE 14 PERCENT RAISE
The unions stated that with this additional payment, the total salary increase for the second six-month period will rise to 14 percent.
