Emlak Konut GYO has taken a significant step for the "Hayat Makkah" project with the National Housing Company (NHC), which operates under the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. The preliminary agreement, signed at the Cityscape Global Riyadh 2025 Fair held in Riyadh, opens the door to new collaborations in urban development between the two countries.

The project is located in the Haram al-Sharif region of Mecca and occupies a strategic position in terms of transportation. Valued at approximately $400 million, the project aims to increase the region's appeal by offering 1,014 villas, social amenities, and expansive green spaces. Additionally, the project will include various social facilities such as schools, a health center, mosques, commercial units, and parks.

Emlak Konut Global, established as the international subsidiary of Emlak Konut, will manage all planning and implementation processes of the project. The "Revenue Sharing Model" and pre-sales experience, which have been successfully implemented in Turkey, will be deployed on an international scale for this project.

The project is expected to become a strong center of attraction in terms of both quality of life and investment potential. With a design approach compatible with the cultural fabric, the neighborhood-scale social facilities will offer residents a balanced life.

The signing ceremony at the Cityscape Global Riyadh 2025 Fair was attended by Emlak Konut GYO General Manager Yasir Yılmaz, Saudi Arabian Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail, and NHC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mohammad Albuty.
