New record for Dollar and Euro

While the limited rise in exchange rates continues, dollar and euro prices started the third trading day of the week at new record levels.

Dollar prices reached an all-time high of 28.7620 TL in international markets during hours when Turkish markets were closed, and climbed to 28.6680 TL after the opening, thus reaching the record level seen while markets were open. As of 09:17, the dollar was trading at 28.6624 TL, up 0.11 percent.

The exchange rate was trading at 28.6230 TL at the close of Turkish markets yesterday, and started the new day at 28.6649 TL.

EURO ALSO RENEWED ITS PEAK

Euro prices also climbed to 31.3120 TL in the thin market, renewing its historical peak. The Euro is currently at 31.2010 TL, up 0.06 percent. The rise in the Euro/Dollar parity is supporting the Euro/TL rate.

Following the US inflation data released yesterday, which came in below expectations, the dollar index fell below the 105 level, while the Euro/Dollar parity saw its highest level in 2 months. The Euro/Dollar parity is currently trading at 1.0872 levels. While the dollar index fell to the 104 threshold, it is currently at 104.11, up 0.05 percent. The British pound is trading at 35.8257 TL at the same time.

Ounce gold, which started the day at 1,967 Dollars, is priced at 1,967 Dollars,
Gram gold, which started at 1,811 TL, is at 1,812 TL,
Quarter gold, which started at 3 thousand 16 TL, is at 3 thousand 16 TL,
Republic gold, which started at 12 thousand 410 TL, is at 12 thousand 410 TL,
and Gram Silver, which started at 21.36 TL, is priced at 21.38 TL.

At yesterday's close, Ounce gold was priced at 1,968 Dollars, Gram gold at 1,809 TL, Quarter gold at 3 thousand 16 TL, Republic gold at 12 thousand 410 TL, and Gram Silver at 21.18 TL.
