Novartis has announced that all information and commentary suggesting they are withdrawing from Turkey are unfounded.
The statement from Novartis is as follows:
"The public emergence of an information letter we sent to pharmaceutical warehouses regarding our various products has led to natural requests for information from our stakeholders. The notifications we provided in response to these requests, which were sent directly to the relevant parties, have been the subject of various news reports in the press. Due to the inclusion of speculative comments regarding our country operations and activities in some of these reports, it has become necessary for our company to make this statement. All information and commentary suggesting that Novartis is withdrawing from our country are unfounded and do not reflect the truth.
As Novartis, our primary priority is to ensure that patients and their families do not experience any grievances. In this regard, we would like to respectfully inform the public that we will continue to improve healthcare services, make a difference in the lives of patients, and contribute to the growth and development of our country together with our stakeholders in the country where we have been operating since 1955."
