The annual report of Fenix International, the parent company of OnlyFans, revealed that more than $700 million in dividends were paid to the platform's owner, Leonid Radvinsky, before his death. The platform, which generally allows adult content creators to charge subscribers, increased its revenue and profit in the last fiscal year.
According to the report cited by the Financial Times, Fenix International increased its revenue by 10 percent to $1.6 billion in the fiscal year ending in November 2025. The company's net profit reached $715 million, an increase of 5 percent. The report stated that the company employed 47 people.
The data showed that the majority of the profit was transferred to Radvinsky as dividends. It was noted that Radvinsky received $535 million in dividends during the 2025 fiscal year and obtained an additional $174 million through subsequent payments made after the fiscal year concluded. Thus, the total payment exceeded $700 million.
The dividend amount Radvinsky received in the previous fiscal year was reported as $497 million. According to information shared by Bloomberg, Radvinsky has generated more than $1.8 billion in dividend income from the company since 2021.
The growth in OnlyFans' user base was also reflected in the report. The number of global content creator accounts on the platform increased by 9 percent last year to 5 million, while the number of subscriber accounts rose by 16 percent to 437 million.
In April, a 16 percent stake in OnlyFans was sold to the San Francisco-based private investment firm Architect Capital for $535 million. In this transaction, the company's total market value was calculated at $3.2 billion.
Leonid Radvinsky passed away in March at the age of 43 due to cancer. Forbes had estimated the personal wealth of Radvinsky, who was born in Odessa in 1982 and later moved to the U.S. with his family, at $4.7 billion. Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans in 2018 and managed the platform's control through Fenix International.
