Price adjustment from Borsa İstanbul concerning investors
Borsa İstanbul has notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that a price adjustment has been made for Lokman Hekim Engürüsağ shares due to dividend payment rights usage.

Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. announced that a price adjustment has been made for the shares of Lokman Hekim Engürüsağ Sağlık Turizm Eğitim Hizmetleri ve İnşaat Taahhüt A.Ş. (LKMNH), which issued a dividend payment on September 28, 2026.
In the notification made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the adjustment in question was carried out due to the exercise of rights. Accordingly, the theoretical price for LKMNH shares following the dividend payment was calculated as 12.048 TL.
The statement included the gross dividend amount per share as 0.2314814 TL and the net dividend amount per share as 0.1967591 TL. Borsa İstanbul also shared the information that the theoretical price was not rounded to the price tick.
