With a new decision taken by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), Türk Telekom has been granted the ability to make changes to its wholesale service fees twice a year. This regulation includes the company's ability to update its one-time and monthly fees, which are determined based on costs, effective from January 1 and July 1 of each year.
In a statement made by Türk Telekom to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that this regulation was implemented in line with the BTK's decision dated July 31, 2025, with the aim of increasing predictability in the sector and encouraging new investments. In this context, the fees for the wholesale services offered by the company may be increased without exceeding the Domestic Producer Price Index (PPI) most recently published by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK).
Updates will be announced to the public at least one month before they come into effect. This decision will be valid for updates to be made starting from July 1, 2026.
