Privatization Administration announces: 7 properties in 4 provinces to be put up for sale

Properties in Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, and Mersin will be privatized through sale. Bids will be accepted until September 29 and 30.

The Privatization Administration (ÖİB) has initiated a tender process for the privatization of a total of 7 properties located in four provinces through a sale method.

The announcement regarding the matter was published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, tenders will be held for 2 properties in the Alaçatı neighborhood of Izmir's Çeşme district, 1 property in the Kemerburgaz neighborhood of Istanbul's Eyüpsultan district, one property each in the Karagedik-İmar and Bahçelievler neighborhoods of Ankara's Gölbaşı district, and 2 properties in the Taşucu neighborhood of Mersin's Silifke district.

Those wishing to participate in the tender will be able to submit their bids for the properties in Istanbul and Izmir, as well as the property in Ankara's Karagedik neighborhood, until September 29.

The deadline for submitting bids for the properties in Ankara's Bahçelievler neighborhood and in Mersin has been set for September 30.

The tenders will be conducted through a bargaining procedure following the receipt of sealed bids from multiple bidders and subsequent negotiations.
