Privatization Administration to sell 12 properties in 6 provinces
The Privatization Administration (ÖİB) of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance will privatize 12 properties in 6 provinces through a sale method.

The announcement by the Privatization Administration for investors has been published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, a total of 12 properties will be sold: 3 in the Şile district of Istanbul, one each in the Bornova and Çiğli districts of İzmir, 3 in the central district of Muş, 1 in the Palandöken district of Erzurum, 2 in the Karaköprü district of Şanlıurfa, and one in the Didim district of Aydın.
Bids for the properties located in Istanbul can be submitted until November 14. November 15 has been set as the deadline for the properties in the Bornova district of İzmir, as well as those in Muş and Erzurum.
For the properties in the Karaköprü district of Şanlıurfa, the Didim district of Aydın, and the Çiğli district of İzmir, the final deadline for bid submission is November 16.
Tender specification fees ranging from 4,500 Turkish Lira to 10,000 Turkish Lira have been set for the properties. Temporary guarantee amounts vary between 1 million and 6 million Turkish Lira.
The tenders will be conducted using the "bargaining" method, by receiving sealed bids from multiple bidders and conducting negotiations.
Bidders participating in the tenders must obtain a separate tender specification for each property, submit separate bids, and deliver the relevant documents by hand to the administration's address at "Ziya Gökalp Caddesi No: 80 Kurtuluş/Ankara" by 18:00 on the final bid submission date.
