Published in the Official Gazette: BRSA revokes the license of Kasa Katılım Bankası AŞ
The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) board decision regarding the revocation of the establishment license of Kasa Katılım Bankası AŞ, due to the failure to submit a valid operating license application to the agency in accordance with regulations and law, has been published in the Official Gazette.

BRSA's board decision, published in today's issue of the Official Gazette, announced that the establishment license granted to Kasa Katılım Bankası AŞ on July 7, 2022, has been revoked.
The following statements were included in the Official Gazette:
"In the board meeting dated 19.10.2023, as a result of the examination of the letter dated 18.10.2023 and numbered E-43890421-101.01.01-98277 and its annexes;
It has been decided to revoke the establishment license of Kasa Katılım Bankası AŞ, which was granted an establishment license by the Board's decision dated 07.07.2022 and numbered 10263, in accordance with Article 11, paragraphs (b) and (c) of the Banking Law No. 5411, due to the failure to submit a valid operating license application to the Agency within the periods specified in Article 10 of the Banking Law No. 5411 and Article 7 of the Regulation on Transactions Subject to Permission and Indirect Shareholding of Banks."
