Published in the Official Gazette: Fenerbahçe Kalamış Marina privatized
The privatization decision for the Fenerbahçe Kalamış Marina, Istanbul's largest marina, has been published in the Official Gazette. According to the decision signed by AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Vahit Karaarslan will operate the Fenerbahçe-Kalamış Marina.

Presidential decrees approving several real estate-focused privatization tenders, including the Kalamış Marina, a 32.9 thousand square meter Highway plot in Ankara's Akköprü district, and plots in Didim, have been published in the Official Gazette.
The decision to sell the Kalamış Marina to Vahit Karaaslan, who submitted the highest bid in the privatization tender that also included Koç Holding, was published in the Official Gazette under the signature of AKP Chairman and President Tayyip Erdoğan.
If Vahit Karaaslan completes the transfer by paying the price, he will operate the marina for 40 years. The Kalamış Marina belongs to the Turkish Maritime Enterprises.
The tender held in 2021 for the privatization of the Fenerbahçe-Kalamış Marina had been canceled by a Presidential Decree. The tender launched in 2022 for the privatization of the port was also canceled as it did not receive sufficient bids.
In the tender held in July, Vahit Karaarslan submitted the highest bid of 505 million dollars.
SALE OF 65.4 THOUSAND SQUARE METERS OF LAND IN THE CENTER OF ANKARA APPROVED
The decision for the tender regarding the sale of two plots of land in Akköprü, one of Ankara's popular real estate districts, belonging to the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and the General Directorate of Highways, as a whole, has also been published. The transfer of the total 65 thousand 421 square meter plot to GAMADOR Construction, which has been heavily involved in residential construction in Ankara recently, with the highest bid of 7 billion 500 million TL, has been approved.
LAND SALES IN DIDIM APPROVED
Presidential decrees approving the sale of an 18 thousand 339 square meter plot in Didim's Cumhuriyet neighborhood belonging to Sümer Holding to Has Karaaslan Construction for 252 million TL, a 6 thousand 911 square meter plot in the same location to Bekay Tourism Construction for 102 million TL, and another 6 thousand 911.52 square meter plot in the same location to Hasan Hüseyin Construction Trade for 108 million TL were published in the Official Gazette.
