Published in the Official Gazette: Land to be sold via tender

A plot of land owned by the TCDD General Directorate in the Kalburcu neighborhood of Kocaeli's Körfez district will be sold via tender.

The institution's announcement regarding the matter was published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, the sale of the property owned by TCDD in the Kalburcu neighborhood of Kocaeli's Körfez district will be carried out. The sales tender for the parcel, which is classified as land, will be conducted using the bargaining method by receiving sealed bids and subsequently holding negotiations.

The temporary guarantee amount for the tender in question has been set at 2 million 500 thousand liras. The tender, for which final bids can be submitted until December 28 at 14:00, will be held on December 28 at 14:30 in the meeting hall of the TCDD 1st Regional Directorate building.
