QNB Finansbank secures $241.5 million syndication

QNB Finansbank has announced that it has obtained a sustainability-linked syndicated loan from international financial institutions, consisting of two tranches totaling $241.5 million and 235.7 million euros.

In the statement made by the bank to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the total cost of the 367-day syndicated loan is SOFR + 3.50 percent per annum for the dollar tranche and Euribor + 3.25 percent per annum for the euro tranche.
