The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the housing sales data for June. According to the data, housing sales across Turkey increased by 35.8 percent compared to the same month last year, recorded at 107 thousand 723.
Among the provinces with the highest volume of housing sales, Istanbul ranked first with 17 thousand 656 sales, followed by Ankara with 9 thousand 428 and İzmir with 5 thousand 987 sales. On the other hand, the provinces with the lowest number of housing sales were Ardahan with 38 sales, Bayburt with 62 sales, and Hakkari with 81 sales.
