The ceiling increase rate, calculated based on the twelve-month average, was announced as 54.72 percent.
INCREASE RATE FOR RESIDENTIAL RENTS
Regarding residential rents, it was announced that the 25 percent ceiling increase application, which was expected to end on July 1, 2023, will continue. The application will remain in effect until July 2, 2024.
