Samsung announces its earnings

Samsung’s earnings for the first quarter of the year have been announced. The company’s profitability saw an increase thanks to developments in the semiconductor sector. With the conclusion of the first quarter of 2024, South Korean tech giant Samsung, like many other companies, has released its financial data. Having faced challenges in previous periods, the company demonstrated a positive performance this quarter.

According to the report in Webtekno, Samsung stated that the company generated $52.52 billion in revenue over the last three months. This figure marks an increase of 11.37% compared to the same period last year and 4.75% compared to the previous quarter. The company noted that it performed well this quarter following the profit decline experienced in the previous quarter. The reported operating profit was recorded at $4.88 billion.
