Second wave of operations at Borsa Istanbul! Numerous people detained
A second wave of operations has been launched as part of an investigation into stock market transactions at Borsa Istanbul. Following instructions from the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 11 people were detained in operations conducted in Istanbul and Van.

The case previously opened against Investco Holding officials on charges of "violating the Capital Markets Law" has been expanded following the emergence of new evidence.

MANIPULATION IN PAMEL SHARES
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office took action after it was determined that manipulation had occurred in the shares of PAMEL Yenilenebilir Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. In line with a report prepared by the Capital Markets Board (SPK), the existing file was expanded, leading to new detentions.
11 PEOPLE IN CUSTODY
In a statement from the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was reported that simultaneous operations were carried out in Istanbul and Van. Ahmet K., Botan Ç., Eda Y., Enes Ö.K., Eyüp B., Hasan G., İhsan K.B., Kamil B., Kenan D., Kerim İ.B., and Sinan D. were detained in the operation. Searches were conducted at the suspects' homes and workplaces, and various documents were seized.
The investigation continues under charges of "establishing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes, violating the Capital Markets Law, and laundering assets derived from crime."
