A senior appointment has been made at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB). It was announced to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that Ozan Uyar has been appointed as Executive Vice President.

The Industrial Development Bank of Turkey announced to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on 21.01.2025 that Ozan Uyar has been appointed as Executive Vice President.
WHO IS OZAN UYAR?
Born in Eskişehir in 1974, Ozan Uyar graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Middle East Technical University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Uyar began his professional career in 1997 as an Assistant Inspector at the Board of Inspectors of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş.
Serving as Assistant Manager and Unit Manager in the Commercial Loan Allocation Department of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. between 2006 and 2015, Uyar held the positions of Loan Portfolio Management Manager in 2015, Corporate Banking Marketing and Sales Manager in 2017, Corporate Loan Allocation Manager in 2020, and Project Finance Manager in 2021. Having served as a manager in the corporate branches of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. since 2022, Uyar will be responsible for the Loan Allocation, Financial Analysis, and Loan Operations departments.
Following the Board of Directors decision of TSKB dated 21.01.2025, it was decided that Ozan Uyar be appointed to the position of Executive Vice President and that he would begin his new role once the legal procedures specified in the Banking Law are completed.
