Shares of newly listed company hit the ceiling on the stock exchange

In its initial public offering (IPO) conducted under the leadership of Gedik Yatırım on October 22-23-24, 2025, Ecogreen Enerji reached a size of 1 billion 144 million TL at a fixed price of 10.40 TL per share. The company's free float rate was determined to be 20.37 percent. The 110 million TL nominal value shares offered to the public received 983 million TL in nominal value demand, which was 8.94 times the offering.
Ecogreen Enerji shares, which began trading on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker 'ECOGR', rose by 10 percent to 11.44 TL on their first day of trading, a price that was maintained throughout the day.
According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Ecogreen Enerji shares will begin trading on the Borsa Istanbul Main Market as of November 3, 2025. The company's shares will be included in the BIST All, BIST All-100, BIST Main, BIST IPO, BIST Services, BIST Electricity, and BIST Denizli indices. For index calculations, the company's total number of shares will be considered as 540 million, and the actual free float rate will be considered as 20 percent.
