Price of simit increased in Balıkesir
In Balıkesir, the price of a 100-gram simit, previously sold for 10 TL, has risen to 12.5 TL.

The Balıkesir Chamber of Bakers and Bakery Products Manufacturers evaluated the request to update the price of simit and determined the new price.
The price of the "sesame ring" simit, which had been sold for 10 liras per 100 grams since August 2023, has been updated to 12 liras and 50 kuruş, following an increase of 2.5 liras.
