SPK approves IPOs for 3 companies

The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has approved the initial public offering (IPO) applications of Agrotech Yüksek Teknoloji ve Yatırım AŞ, Ekos Teknoloji ve Elektrik AŞ, and 1000 Yatırımlar Holding AŞ.

The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Agrotech Yüksek Teknoloji ve Yatırım AŞ, Ekos Teknoloji ve Elektrik AŞ, and 1000 Yatırımlar Holding AŞ.

According to the SPK's weekly bulletin, the board approved the IPO applications for Agrotech at 5.21 liras, Ekos Teknoloji at 12.77 liras, and 1000 Yatırımlar Holding at 125 liras per share.

Mia Teknoloji AŞ's bonus share capital increase of 456 million liras was also approved.

The SPK authorized debt instrument issuance applications for the following: Fasdat Gıda Dağıtım Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 1.5 billion liras, Ral Yatırım Holding AŞ for 500 million liras, Eko Faktoring AŞ for 175 million liras, Vestel Beyaz Eşya Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 2.5 billion liras, Deniz Faktoring AŞ for 2 billion 155 million liras, Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler for 750 million liras, Yapı Kredi Finansal Kiralama for 10 billion liras, Zorlu Faktoring for 225 million liras, Suvla Şarapları Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 40 million liras, Arçelik AŞ for 30 billion liras, and Nurol Yatırım Bankası AŞ for 10 billion liras.

Pasha Yatırım Bankası AŞ's application for the issuance of 500 million liras in lease certificates and asset- or mortgage-backed securities (VİDMK) was approved.

The board also approved the establishment requests for the Rota Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Participation Umbrella Fund, as well as the "Arz Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Eighth Real Estate Investment Fund," "Re-Pie Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Ayaz Real Estate Investment Fund," and "Re-Pie Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Seyhan Real Estate Investment Fund."

Following investigations, the SPK imposed administrative fines of 300 thousand liras on Kızılbük Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ and 155 thousand 567 liras on Sinpaş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS AND ACCESS BLOCKING DECISIONS

As a result of its investigations, the Capital Markets Board decided to file criminal complaints against 3 individuals and the content providers of websites with the extensions "join fx," "compaq fx," "royex markets fx," "kinginvests," "powertradefinance," and "leveltrade."

In accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law, it was decided to initiate legal proceedings to block access to 35 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading from abroad via the internet for individuals residing in Turkey.
