SPK files criminal complaints against 37 people in Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding investigation

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has filed criminal complaints against 37 people as part of its investigation into Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding.

By the board's decision, it was also decided to impose a 2-year trading ban on 39 individuals.

It was reported that the licenses of 24 people were also revoked within the scope of the investigation.

The decisions are among the notable developments regarding oversight and sanction processes in capital markets.
