SPK files criminal complaints regarding Katılımevim, Gündoğdu Gıda, and Destek Finans Faktoring shares

The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has decided to file criminal complaints against 44 individuals due to transactions in three stocks; some individuals have been issued a 2-year trading ban.

The Capital Markets Board (SPK) announced new sanction decisions regarding three stocks in its weekly bulletin dated September 16, 2026, and numbered 2026/59. The Board decided to file criminal complaints with the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor against a total of 44 individuals due to transactions in the shares of Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman A.Ş. (KTLEV), Gündoğdu Gıda Süt Ürünleri (GUNDG), and Destek Finans Faktoring (DSTKF).

Under the scope of the decisions, some individuals will be subject to a temporary 2-year ban on trading on stock exchanges. The SPK also ruled that the capital market licenses held by certain individuals will be revoked for the duration of the trading ban.

SCOPE OF THE DECISION

Due to transactions in the KTLEV share market, it was decided to file criminal complaints against Ayşe Seher Aydın, Enes Yazıcı, Feryal Köker, Müjdat Ede, Nilgül Sarıçalı, Oğuzhan Özerkaya, Onur Göğebakan, Orçun Berkay Kaya, Ahmet Özcan, Halil İbrahim Ege, Muhammed Yarız, Sezai Bekgöz, Berkan Gülen, Büşra Alçelik, Celal Yarız, Enes Furkan Çetinkaya, Furkan Baki, Gözde Hacıoğlu, İlhan Aygün, İsmail Ege, Lütfi Çetinel, Mehmet Erbey, Mehmet Salih Turhan, Mehmet Yıldırım, Murat Keçeci, Mustafa Bor, Ömer Bedir Çetinel, Ramazan Erbey, Sabahattin Reha Şen, Salih Can Bülbül, Samet Çetinel, Selçuk Kahya, Serhat Güven, Sezer Gümüş, Şerifegül Yıldırım, Uğur Akkafa, and Yunus Emre Yıldırım.

The SPK imposed a 2-year temporary trading ban on these individuals and Pusula Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. on stock exchanges, limited to the KTLEV share market. It was stated that for those who previously had a 6-month trading ban, the time already served under that ban will be deducted from the 2-year period.

The Board also decided that all capital market licenses held by Ayşe Seher Aydın, Enes Yazıcı, Feryal Köker, Müjdat Ede, Nilgül Sarıçalı, Oğuzhan Özerkaya, Onur Göğebakan, Orçun Berkay Kaya, Ahmet Özcan, and Sezai Bekgöz will be revoked for the duration of the trading ban.

Due to manipulative actions in GUNDG shares, criminal complaints will be filed against Ayşe Seher Aydın, Enes Yazıcı, Feryal Köker, Müjdat Ede, Nilgül Sarıçalı, Oğuzhan Özerkaya, Onur Göğebakan, and Orçun Berkay Kaya. These individuals will be subject to a 2-year trading ban and their licenses will be invalidated.

Regarding transactions in DSTKF shares, it was decided to file a criminal complaint against İbrahim Bekci. It was reported that Bekci has been issued a 2-year trading ban and that his licenses will also be revoked.
