Statement from Trump regarding oil prices

U.S. President Donald Trump made a new statement on his social media account regarding the tensions with Iran and their impact on oil prices. Trump claimed that there would be a significant drop in energy prices once the war they initiated against Iran comes to an end.

Posting on Truth Social, Trump stated, "When we win the Iran war, oil prices will fall like other prices, and even more sharply."

Trump argued that oil prices would initially drop to 3 dollars per gallon, and then gradually fall below 2 dollars. The U.S. President noted that this process would move quickly, adding, "Iran will never have a nuclear weapon."
