The company recalled that it has completed its establishment and operating permit processes within the framework of Capital Markets Board (SPK) regulations and has commenced its portfolio management and investment consultancy activities.
In its statement, Tuna Portföy noted that the company acts with a strategy of investing its own equity in technology startups and companies with high growth potential. It was stated that the Tuna Portföy ÖPY Money Market Private Fund (TNR), established within this scope, was created solely to manage the company's own assets and liquidity processes.
The statement emphasized that there is no agenda to offer the fund to the public or to open it to external investors. The company declared that it has no such purpose, plan, or intention.
Tuna Portföy also announced that legal proceedings will be initiated against individuals and organizations that mislead the public by using the company's name and title, or that spread baseless claims or false information.
