Güler stated that work on the pension raise is ongoing, noting, "Impact analyses, budgetary possibilities, and the assessment of a proportional increase will be evaluated in the Cabinet next week."
AKP Group Chairman Güler used the following expressions:
"What is important is to meet this with budgetary possibilities; it is not just about determining a rate or having an increase emerge. We need to present the budget; our ministry is working on it, and we held a preliminary meeting today.
If it is finalized by next week, it will be evaluated in the Cabinet, and then we will include it in our legislative proposal; we will have it clarified by our third week, we are working on it.
We already had our legislative preparation. Since the minimum wage was increased, there was an announced employer support to be raised to 700 TL; we have a package of 7-8 articles regarding short-term work allowance and other matters, we are working on that, and it will be evaluated within this."
