Stock market gains value in the first half of the day

Moving with an upward trend in the first half of the day, the BIST 100 index rose by 40.84 points to 9,388.02 points as of 13:00, compared to the previous close.
The total trading volume reached 66.7 billion liras.
The banking index gained 0.40 percent, while the holding index gained 0.36 percent.
Among sector indices, the top gainer was informatics with 2.74 percent, while the only decliner was securities investment trusts with 2.07 percent.
