Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası AŞ has announced that its subsidiary, Emlak Katılım Tasarruf Finansman AŞ, has begun acquisition negotiations for two savings finance companies as part of its growth strategy.
According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the negotiations will be conducted for the acquisition of Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ and Birevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ.
"Our bank's subsidiary, Emlak Katılım Tasarruf Finansman AŞ, has begun negotiations for the acquisition of Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ and Birevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ as part of its growth strategy. Necessary disclosures regarding the process will be announced to the public separately within the framework of relevant legislation."
