Tender date announced for Maydonoz Döner group
The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) is putting the commercial and economic integrity of the Maydonoz Döner Group up for sale. The tender announcement has been published in the Official Gazette.

Assets offered for sale include Somca Gıda Dağıtım ve Pazarlama AŞ, Altı G Gıda Dağıtım ve Pazarlama AŞ, Sümer Entegre Et Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Enerca Gıda Yönetim Danışmanlığı AŞ, and Deta Ambalaj Kağıt Plastik Temizlik Gıda İthalat İhracat AŞ. All assets, rights, and contracts owned by these companies are also included in the scope of the sale.
The "Maydonoz Döner" restaurant chain, which operates via a franchise system, and the "My Fried Chicken" crispy chicken restaurant chain are also included in this integrity. All assets related to meat and chicken production have also been included in the sale.
The TMSF has set the estimated value for this commercial and economic integrity at 2 billion 801 million TL. Those wishing to participate in the tender are required to deposit a guarantee of 280.1 million TL.
The tender will be held on October 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the conference hall located at the TMSF's address at Büyükdere Caddesi No:143, Esentepe, Istanbul.
