Tenders to be held for the sale of real estate in 5 provinces! Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir are among them...

The Privatization Administration (ÖİB) of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance will privatize real estate located in 5 different provinces through sale.

This announcement was made via a notice published in the Official Gazette.

Within the scope of the announcement, properties located in the Tepebaşı district of Eskişehir, Karaköprü of Şanlıurfa, Güzelbahçe of Izmir, Şile of Istanbul, and Çankaya of Ankara will be offered for sale.

The tender specification fees for the properties range between 10 thousand and 50 thousand TL, while the temporary guarantee amounts vary between 4 million TL and 70 million TL.

The deadline for submitting bids for the tenders in Eskişehir and Şanlıurfa has been set for March 25, for the tenders in Izmir and Istanbul for March 26, and for the tender in Ankara for March 27.

The tenders will be concluded in the form of an auction following negotiations held after receiving bids from multiple bidders via the closed envelope method.

Tender documents must be delivered by hand to the Privatization Administration in Ankara by the specified deadline and time.
