The rate millions were waiting for is clear: Civil servant and retiree raises announced

Following the Turkish Statistical Institute's (TÜİK) release of June inflation data to the public, the salary increase rates awaited by millions of retirees and civil servants have become clear.

In line with the announced inflation data, the raise rates to be applied in July have been finalized, with different increase rates determined for SSK and BAĞ-KUR retirees, as well as for civil servants and civil servant retirees.

17.76 PERCENT RAISE FOR SSK AND BAĞ-KUR RETIREES

Following the announcement of June inflation data, the raise rate that SSK and BAĞ-KUR retirees will receive in July has been finalized at 17.76 percent.

In accordance with the determined rate, retirement pensions will be increased by 17.76 percent starting from July.

RAISE RATE FOR CIVIL SERVANTS AND CIVIL SERVANT RETIREES ALSO ANNOUNCED

Following the TÜİK data, the increase rate to be applied to the salaries of civil servants and civil servant retirees has also been clarified.

Accordingly, civil servant salaries and civil servant retirement pensions will receive a 13.51 percent raise in July.

FINALIZED WITH INFLATION DATA

The salary increases to be applied in July were finalized with the announcement of June inflation figures by TÜİK.

According to the announced data;

SSK and BAĞ-KUR retirees: Will receive a 17.76 percent raise.

Civil servants and civil servant retirees: Will benefit from a 13.51 percent salary increase.

NEW SALARIES TO BE APPLIED IN JULY

In line with the finalized raise rates, SSK and BAĞ-KUR retirement pensions as well as the salaries of civil servants and civil servant retirees will be paid based on the new rates starting from July. The raise rates became official following the June inflation data announced by TÜİK.
