The top gainers of the week on Borsa Istanbul have been announced
Global markets, shaken by the war between the US-Israel and Iran, have caused volatility on Borsa Istanbul. While the index saw a 5 percent loss, some stocks achieved record gains.

As the conflicts in the Middle East complete their third week, uncertainty and inflation concerns have come to the fore in global markets due to the increase in attacks on energy facilities. The rising tension around the Strait of Hormuz has affected international stock exchanges as well as Borsa Istanbul.
The BIST 100 index has lost approximately 5 percent of its value in the 14 trading days since the war began. Due to the holiday, Borsa Istanbul was open for half a day last Thursday and was closed on Friday. On a weekly basis, the BIST 100 completed the week at 13,047.7 points, a decline of 0.35 percent. The lowest level of the week was 12,880 points, while the highest level was recorded at 13,298.53 points.
The banking index showed a limited increase of 0.17 percent last week. In contrast, the industrial index experienced a loss of 1.16 percent, and the holding index saw a decline of 3.04 percent.
TOP GAINERS AND TOP LOSERS
Among the companies in the BIST 100 index, the highest value increase of the week was seen in Reeder Teknoloji (REEDR) shares. REEDR drew attention with a 46.15 percent premium. Following in the rankings were Dap Gayrimenkul (DAPGM) with a 15.79 percent increase and Katılım Evim (KTLEV) with a 15.04 percent rise.
The company that lost the most value during the week was Efor Yatırım (EFOR) with 34.30 percent. It was followed by Kiler Holding (KLRHO) with a 32.85 percent decline and Türk Altın İşletmeleri (TRALT) with a 12.23 percent loss.
Aselsan (ASELS) continued to hold the top spot on the list of most valuable companies with a market capitalization of 1 trillion 544 billion 700 million TL. Aselsan was followed by Destek Finans Faktoring (DSTKF) with a market capitalization of 614 billion TL and Garanti BBVA (GARAN) with 567 billion 420 million TL.
In terms of trading volume, the most traded stock last week was again Aselsan (ASELS). A total trading volume of 36 billion 30 million TL was generated in ASELS. These stocks were followed by Tüpraş (TUPRS) with 32 billion 172 million TL and Türk Hava Yolları (THYAO) with a volume of 25 billion 454 million TL.
