The top-performing investment vehicle of the week has been announced
Stocks traded on Borsa Istanbul gained an average of 1.91 percent, the gram price of gold rose by 2.12 percent, and the euro/TL exchange rate increased by 0.77 percent, while the dollar/TL exchange rate fell by 0.30 percent on a weekly basis.

The BIST 100 index, after seeing a low of 10,254.36 points and a high of 10,944.72 points, completed the week at 10,851.78 points, gaining 1.91 percent compared to the previous week's close.
The gram selling price of 24-karat bullion gold traded in the Grand Bazaar increased by 2.12 percent this week to 2,504 liras, while the selling price of Republic gold rose by 1.19 percent to 16,393 liras.
The selling price of quarter gold, which was 4,066 liras at the end of last week, rose to 4,114 liras.
This week, the US dollar lost 0.30 percent in value, falling to 32.7190 liras, while the euro rose by 0.77 percent to 35.3940 liras.
Investment funds gained 0.48 percent and individual pension funds gained 1.18 percent this week.
When viewed by category, the top-performing investment funds were "Stock" funds with a gain of 1.08 percent.
