Threshold values and monetary limits for public tenders increased

The Public Procurement Communiqué prepared by the Public Procurement Authority has been published in the Official Gazette. According to the communiqué, the threshold values and monetary limits specified in the Public Procurement Law have been updated by increasing them by the annual change rate of the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) for December 2023 (44.22 percent), as announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute.

The threshold values and monetary limits determined in the Public Procurement Law have been updated with an increase of 44.22 percent, which is the annual change rate of the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI). This update was announced via the Public Procurement Communiqué prepared by the Public Procurement Authority and published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, the threshold values and monetary limits specified in the Public Procurement Law, which will come into effect as of February 1, 2024, have been updated by taking into account the annual change rate of the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) for the December 2023 period.
