D-PPI RATE TAKEN AS BASIS
According to the regulation, the threshold values and monetary limits determined within the scope of the Public Procurement Law have been increased by 27.67 percent, taking into account the annual change rate of the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) for the December 2025 period, as announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute.
EFFECTIVE DATE ANNOUNCED
The communiqué is scheduled to enter into force as of February 1, 2026.
