TMSF puts FETÖ fugitive's mansion up for sale: The price is staggering...

The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has put a mansion in Bebek, Istanbul, belonging to Koza-İpek Holding, up for sale.

According to the statement made by the TMSF, a tender will be held on June 27 for the mansion belonging to FETÖ fugitive Akın İpek, based on an estimated value of 750 million Turkish Lira determined by reports from independent valuation companies. The tender will be conducted through an open bid and auction method.

Following a legal process lasting approximately 10 years, the specifications along with the necessary documents for participation in the tender must be submitted to the TMSF by June 25.

There are 2 structures on the plot subject to sale, identified as block 1259, parcel 132. The "White Mansion," which is a second-degree historical monument, consists of two basement floors, a ground floor, one regular floor, an attic, and a terrace, with a gross indoor usage area of 695 square meters and a 208-square-meter terrace.

The other structure, referred to as the "Brown Mansion," consists of a ground floor and a regular floor, and has a gross indoor usage area of 230 square meters.

Akın İpek, who lives in the UK as a FETÖ fugitive, had lost two cases he filed against Turkey in international arbitration courts.
