TMSF puts Papara up for sale: Tender date and sale price announced

All companies belonging to PPR Holding, which is managed by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) as a trustee, have been put up for sale via tender. Tender and due diligence details have been announced for investors.

It has been announced that the subsidiaries of PPR Holding, which is under the trusteeship of the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF), will be put up for sale through a combination of closed-bid and auction methods. Within the scope of this sale, which will be carried out in accordance with legal regulations, 100 percent shares of Papara Elektronik Para AŞ, Papara Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri AŞ, Papara Teknoloji AŞ, and Papara Menkul Değerler AŞ are collectively seeking new owners.

The total estimated value of the shares belonging to these four companies has been set at 4 billion 270 million liras. During the sales process, investors will be able to conduct data review and facility visits between January 20 and February 6, 2026.

To participate in the sale, a deposit of 213 million 500 thousand liras must be paid. In addition, the specification fee has been announced as 300 thousand liras, and the data review and facility visit fee as 750 thousand liras.

CLOSED-BID AND AUCTION SYSTEM COMBINED

Candidates will be able to deliver their closed-envelope bids by hand to PPR Holding's address in Üsküdar until 16:30 on February 9, 2026. The actual date of the tender has been set for February 10, 2026, at 14:00, and it was stated that in the second stage in Şişli, Istanbul, the closed envelopes will be opened and the auction will proceed. The auction will also take place on the same day.
