The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has initiated new tender processes for the sale of companies under its management. According to the Fund's announcement, 100 percent of the shares of Sürat Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi, which are under Treasury ownership, have been put up for sale.
The estimated value determined for Sürat Sigorta is 455 thousand liras. Investors wishing to participate in the tender must submit their sealed bid envelopes by 16:30 on October 6, 2026.
The bids submitted for the company will be opened on October 7, 2026, in the presence of investors and their legal representatives. It was reported that the tender will proceed to the auction stage following the evaluation of the bids.
Another company on the TMSF's sales list is Kaynak Kağıt. The estimated value for Kaynak Kağıt has been set at 150 million liras. The tender for the company is planned to be held on October 6, 2026.
While the tenders announced by the Fund as part of its company sales are being followed by investors, the values announced for Sürat Sigorta and Kaynak Kağıt have become key highlights of the sales process.
